- The product must be:

- In resalable condition

The CPA does not provide a general right to return goods due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Preference issues
However, at Bloom Harmony’s discretion, we may accept returns under the following conditions:
- Request made within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, hygienic, and in original sealed packaging (important for makeup tools)
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- A handling/restocking fee may apply

- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with may not be returned unless defective
